Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. provides industrial refrigeration solutions across North America. The Service Technician role involves repair, maintenance, and support of ammonia/CO2 systems, with emphasis on electrical controls.

The position is full-time, on-site in Denver, CO, offering $30-$60/hour depending on experience, Monday–Friday (45–55 hours/week). A candidate should have 5+ years in refrigeration and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant refrigeration experience required.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• EPA certification required (Universal EPA).
• Motor alignment experience beneficial.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment for assigned accounts.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and compressors across central systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
