Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. in North America is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for our customers in food and beverage, cold storage, and manufacturing sectors.

You will work on ammonia and Freon systems and travel regionally. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, RETA preferred, and the ability to handle long shifts (10–12 hours).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC tech school preferred.
• EPA Universal certification or ability to obtain.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Able to work 10-12 hour days and lift heavy objects safely.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Inspect and maintain screw and reciprocating compressors and control systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
