Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain industrial refrigeration equipment for key customers. The role requires strong knowledge of ammonia and Freon systems and electrical controls, with a safety-first approach.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 45-60 hours per week. Candidates should have 5+ years in the field, EPA certification, and preferred RETA credentials. Pre-employment screening and drug testing are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration.
• Universal EPA certification.
• RETA 1 & 2 certification preferred.
• Pre-employment drug, felony, and motor vehicle checks required.
• Safety-sensitive position with drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Use knowledge of screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems for inspections.
• Adhere to all work safety policies and requirements.
