Qualifications

• Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
• CIRO/CARO certifications are preferred and helpful.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
• Diagnose issues, determine solutions, and communicate resolutions.
• Complete pump-outs and start-ups after construction projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers and keep them informed.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Submit accurate expense reports per company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean driving record and travel extensively across the continental U.S.
• Take on additional duties to keep projects moving and customers satisfied.
