Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA seeks a Commercial Industrial Product Application Specialist for refrigeration applications. You will design platforms and customizable products, manage quotes through installation, and coordinate with engineers, sales, operations and contractors to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities include determining customer requirements, selecting equipment, calculating price, processing orders, and ensuring SLA adherence while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Strong refrigeration industry background and ability to translate customer needs into technical specs.
• Experience with platform design and highly customizable products for cold storage equipment.
• Ability to manage quotes from initial inquiry through installation and support after delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers, customers and sales to determine requirements and specifications.
• Generate refrigeration design sheets/specifications using proprietary software.
• Calculate refrigeration requirements and select appropriate components to meet customer needs.
• Process orders and collaborate with finance, production and field services from quote to install.
