The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the refrigeration industry and be capable of delivering customized solutions to meet complex customer needs. You will liaise with engineers and stakeholders to promote best practices and sustain relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the refrigeration industry, either through a diploma or work experience.
• Customer-facing communication skills in relation to industrial refrigeration systems.
• Ability to calculate refrigeration requirements for systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers and customers to determine specifications and requirements.
• Generate refrigeration specifications using proprietary software.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues post-delivery of equipment.
