You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep temperatures within USDA and company standards, test water quality, and ensure boilers, evaporators, condensers, and pumps function reliably.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of ammonia/refrigeration maintenance experience.
• Able to meet physical requirements and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass background checks and OSHA safety rules.
• Lock Out Tag Out certification required.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Repair equipment to maintain proper food temperatures per USDA and company standards.
• Maintain ammonia evaporators, condensers, and boilers to meet process temperatures and flow.
• Conduct chemical testing to maintain water quality and prevent scaling.
• Ensure ammonia vessels and pumps supply the system as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; flexible with hours and overtime.
• Work with Hazmat Response Team; meet physical requirements.
• Support safe and sanitary facility operations.
