Tyson Foods in Clarksville, AR is hiring for a 2nd shift Refrigeration Maintenance position. The role supports the maintenance supervisor, assigns technicians, and handles preventative maintenance, breakdowns, and training on equipment.

Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration or HVAC with a technical background is preferred. The candidate will use Tyson SAP software to create work orders, manage daily documentation, and participate in parts inventory activities.

Formación

• Refrigeration Maintenance positions require one year of experience in ammonia refrigeration or HVAC, or the equivalent certification from a technical school.

Responsabilidades

• Assist refrigeration and maintenance supervisor with personnel and equipment.
• Assign refrigeration techs to equipment during process periods.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and breakdowns.
• Train refrigeration and maintenance techs on equipment.
• Follow-up on parts inventory and outstanding POs.
• Fill in for absenteeism or assisting in other areas of plant.
