Job summary

North American Refrigeration is seeking a skilled Service Technician to travel to customer facilities across the U.S., install, repair, maintain, and test equipment, and keep facilities running smoothly.

You will diagnose issues, communicate resolutions, and build strong customer relationships while adhering to safety standards and company guidelines. A valid CIRO/CARO is a plus; high school diploma or associate degree required; willingness to travel and work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel across the continental U.S. and overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test equipment.
• Diagnose issues, determine solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
• Complete pump-outs and start-up equipment after construction projects.
