Job summary

North American Refrigeration is seeking a Service Technician to travel across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment, ensuring systems run smoothly and customers stay satisfied.

You will diagnose issues, perform start-ups after construction, interact with customers, follow safety procedures, and submit timely expense reports, while upholding a strong safety culture on every job site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree or equivalent experience.
• CIRO/CARO certifications preferred for advancement.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems and electrical components is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test equipment.
• Diagnose issues, determine solutions, and communicate resolutions to customers or Service Manager.
• Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers and keep them informed about progress.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure timely incident reporting.
• Submit accurate and timely expense reports per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively.
• Take on additional duties to keep projects moving and customers satisfied.
