Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account, helping to achieve the company’s strategic objectives. This hybrid role favors candidates located in the Bridgeport, CT area with site visit flexibility across CT.

The role covers managing real estate projects from initiation to close, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules, risk, and documentation, and guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules, and milestones; ensure quality control and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals; track progress and report status and variances.
• Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
