PCC Structurals in Portland, OR is seeking a Radiography Technician to produce radiographs per PCC specifications for evaluation of castings. You will setup castings, operate x-ray equipment, and verify image quality while following safety and NDTE/NADCAP standards.

The role includes mentoring less experienced radiographers, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and PCC procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Radiography skills demonstrated by competent performance of all duties.
• High school diploma or GED required for NDT certification.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and read technical specifications.

Aufgaben

• Set up castings for radiography according to Technique Cards and customer specs.
• Operate X-ray equipment to capture multiple radiographs and adjust exposure parameters.
• Maintain Film/IP, inspect images for artifacts, and reshoot as needed to ensure quality.
