Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned territory in the industrial sector. Focus on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and increasing sales of PVF and related industrial supply products.

The role targets professionals with PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control and rotating equipment expertise, capable of expanding market presence within energy, oil & gas, manufacturing and EPC markets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control, pumps, or rotating equipment.
• Experience managing and expanding customer accounts in industrial, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, EPC, or contractor markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including industrial operators, contractors, EPCs, distributors, and upstream energy companies.
• Drive sales growth within PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, flow meters or rotating equipment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and projects.
• Develop strategic relationships with purchasing teams, engineers, project managers, and decision-makers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory updates, and market feedback to company leadership.
