Job summary

Warren Rupp, a leader in industrial fluid handling, is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and business performance for assigned product lines. Through VOC, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, you will identify growth opportunities, define product requirements, and support portfolio decisions that drive value, growth, and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, or related roles within industrial markets.
• Foundational knowledge of pump hydraulics and related industrial contexts preferred.
• Experience with chemical, mining, oil & gas, food & pharma markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle including launches and end-of-life planning.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead VOC initiatives and engage with distributors, end users, and industry stakeholders.
• Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities with business cases and investment rationale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure development, validation, and commercialization.
