Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial pump repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with millwright or rotating equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pump overhaul: tear-down, inspection, cleaning, part verification, and final precision assembly.
• Document clearances and wear patterns to plan rebuild steps.
• Shift between assembly, staging, cleaning, and prep for shipment.
• Verify tolerances against OEM specs during rebuilds.
• Ensure shaft alignment, seal testing, and lubrication checks.
