Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience in industrial pump repair.
• Proficient in measuring tight clearances to ±0.001 inch.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Perform tear-downs, inspections, and final assembly of pumps.
• Document clearances, wear, and part conditions during teardown.
• Dynamically manage multiple tasks in a high-efficiency shop.
• Verify shaft alignment and seal testing for quality assurance.
• Prepare units for shipping and staging.
