Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Property Manager for our dynamic Industrial team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will lead a property management team and ensure tenant satisfaction across an Institutional portfolio.

Key responsibilities include overseeing budgeting and financial operations, as well as maintaining vendor relationships and compliance with local regulations. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in relevant fields and possess over 3 years of property management

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire.
• Experience in financial reporting and CAM reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service.
• Manage an Industrial portfolio and all aspects of client satisfaction.
• Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgets and reporting.
