The role requires a Bachelor's in Business/Real Estate/Finance, a real estate license within six months, 3+ years of commercial PM, and proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire date.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate capital improvements and vendor management to maintain standards.
• Manage lease administration processes including renewals and amendments.
