Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience.
• CA Real Estate License required within 120 days.
• Experience using property management software such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide management oversight for the assigned retail properties.
• Maximize NOI and asset value for clients.
• Prepare budgets and CAM reconciliations; develop financial reports.
• Maintain relationships with building owners and tenants.
• Develop staff and support growth within the team.
• Apply new technology to drive change in operations.
• Manage TI and capital improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
