Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Industrial Commercial Property Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role oversees daily operations across a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting.

Hybrid work is offered with one remote day per week after 120 days. The position requires 3–5+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of leases and CAM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with industrial properties and multi-tenant buildings.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and property management software.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Experience with tenant build-outs and construction administration.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenant requests and renewals.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and communications.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor contracts, and bids.
• Manage rent collections, CAM reconciliations, and budgets.
• Prepare monthly variance reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects.
• Ensure vacant spaces are ready for leasing.
