Qualifications

• Knowledge of tenant engagement methodology and service delivery.
• Proficiency with commercial real estate accounting software; MRI/Angus/Avid preferred; Microsoft Teams is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze financial reporting, budgeting, and annual operating budgets; year-end reconciliation.
