EastGroup Properties is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our Dallas–Fort Worth team. You’ll oversee a premier industrial portfolio, cultivate strong tenant relationships, and drive financial and operational success across budgeting, reporting, and capital projects.

The role requires strong communication, coordination with architects for space plans, and leadership of the property management team to maximize value and tenant satisfaction in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in commercial real estate demanded.
• 5+ years in commercial property management, leasing and construction.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong tenant relationships and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Conduct quarterly tenant visits to sustain positive relations.
• Administer annual tenant surveys and implement improvements.
• Generate annual budgets and quarterly projections for expenses and capital.
• Manage operating and capital expenses to meet budget objectives.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Oversee purchase orders and invoice workflow (PayScan).
• Coordinate leasing with VP, manage space plans with architects, and finalize TI scopes.
• Provide leadership and supervision to property management staff.
• Assist acquisitions and development teams with due diligence and inspections.
