Job summary

Faropoint is seeking a Senior Property Manager to cover our Dallas Region. The role requires 3–6 years of industrial/commercial property management experience and a drive to expand expertise into Real Estate Private Equity.

You will lead tenant relations, budgeting, and quarterly reporting while coordinating cross-functional leasing and capital projects. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Finance/Real Estate, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate with senior decision makers.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in industrial/commercial real estate.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
Ability to interface with decision makers and handle confidential information.
Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.

Responsibilities

Manage industrial assets from a PM perspective, including tenant support, reports, and records.
Coordinate maintenance, bid proposals, service contracts, and vendor invoices.
Assist in lease administration, market analysis, and negotiations.
Support accounts payable/receivable and monthly investor reporting.
Lead due diligence and budgeting for acquisitions and property onboarding.
