Job summary

CapRock Partners, based in Phoenix, seeks a Property Manager to oversee industrial assets, optimize cash flow, and ensure tenant satisfaction while coordinating maintenance, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational plans, supervise staff, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners. On-site presence and proactive problem solving are essential keys to success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial property management with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience); real estate license preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial building operations and property management practices.
• Solid understanding of lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and financial operations including budgeting and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand factors affecting property performance and develop plans to maximize cash flow and asset value.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor services and performance.
• Assist in financial tracking and expense control.
• Collaborate with leasing and accounting teams to support operations.
• Supervise Administrators/Assistant Property Managers.
• Maintain strong tenant, vendor, and owner communications and relationships.
• Ensure on-site presence and engagement with tenants; participate in owner-sponsored events.
