Job summary

Ascend seeks a Property Manager to lead operations for a 2.5+ million square foot industrial portfolio across the Seattle Metro, plus 240,000 square feet in two downtown Seattle office properties. You will support the Sr.

Property Manager and ROM, and coordinate access for brokers, tenants and vendors while maintaining strong tenant relationships. The candidate will hold a Real Estate License and have at least 1 year of property management experience; proficiency in Word and Excel, plus strong

Qualifications

High school diploma required; four-year degree preferred.
Real Estate License required.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager.
Proficient with Word and Excel.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead operations of a 2.5+ million sq ft portfolio of industrial properties across the Seattle Metro and 240,000 sq ft in two downtown Seattle offices.
Provide support to Sr. Property Manager and ROM as needed.
Coordinate building access to brokers, tenants and vendors.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tenants and vendors.
On call for fire alarms and other property emergencies.
Oversee service contracts, purchase orders, and work authorizations.
Review and approve property accounts payable invoices; follow up on vendor payment issues.
