Qualifikationen

• 3–4+ years full-time experience managing commercial properties with operational or renovation challenges.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Yardi experience preferred but not required.
• Associates degree in Business Management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio including tenant and client relations.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to meet budgets and obligations.
• Coordinate building improvements, safety training, and emergency procedures.
• Review rent rolls, budgets, and financial reporting; assist with CAM/tax processes.
• Ensure lease documentation, insurance certificates, and compliance are up to date.
