Job summary

Schnitzer Investment Corp in Seattle, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of industrial properties in the Puget Sound region. You will lead a property team, administer leases, prepare budgets, CAM estimates, and coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial property management (industrial preferred) with strong communication, organization, and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience, industrial preferred.
• Experience with property maintenance, vendor management, capital and tenant improvements, and lease administration.
• Knowledge of commercial lease structures (NNN, modified gross, gross) and CAM reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer-service orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software; CPM or RPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a property team and manage day-to-day operations of assigned portfolio.
• Prepare budgets, CAM estimates, reconciliations, and periodic property reports.
• Administer leases, enforce terms, and coordinate tenant move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate with vendors for capital projects and maintenance.
• Track compliance, audits, and maintain organized tenant/vendor files.
