Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field
• Real estate license preferred
• Proficient with Excel-based reporting
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Understand issues affecting property performance and tenant lease responsibilities; develop plans to maximize cash flow and asset value.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor services and performance.
• Assist in financial tracking and expense control.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support leasing and accounting efforts.
• Supervise Administrators and/or Assistant Property Managers.
• Maintain tenant, vendor, and owner relationships to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and environmental directives.
• Manage budgeting and monthly/quarterly financials in coordination with Accounting.
• Lead in-house property management processes and technology solutions (e.g., Yardi).
• Be onsite, meet tenants, and participate in owner-sponsored events.
