The role involves budgeting, vendor management, and collaboration with asset management and other internal teams to drive results while maintaining Ares’ standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience in real estate.
• Experience supervising, directing, and managing vendor partners.
• Experience managing property-level financial planning and reporting.
• Experience managing maintenance capital projects.
• Proficiency in standard real estate software programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret property-level and corporate documents such as leases and building plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level customer service to tenants and maintain strong tenant relations.
• Manage and monitor budgets; oversee annual budget process and 10-year capital plan.
• Oversee vendor contracts; maximize efficiency and cost savings.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards.
• Support asset management and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
