Job summary

JLL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a Walnut Creek, CA industrial portfolio. You will lead a team, manage budgets and financial reporting, and ensure client and tenant satisfaction while integrating new technology and data to drive results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preference, 3+ years in commercial property management, and a CA Real Estate License within 120 days. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience (office/retail/industrial/healthcare) is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations and financial reports.
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
• CA Real Estate License required within 120 days.
• Experience with property management accounting platforms (Yardi, Kardin, MRI).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management oversight for assigned retail properties and maximize NOI and asset value.
• Manage property operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, and support leasing, marketing, and accounts payable collections.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports; manage TI and capital improvements.
• Develop staff and communicate effectively with owners and tenants to ensure ongoing relationships.
• Drive operational efficiency through technology and data-driven approaches.
