• 4-7+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Industrial property management experience preferred, especially with single-tenant assets.
• Experience managing budgets, tenants, and capital expenditures.
• Strong knowledge of leases, operating expenses, reimbursements, and lease compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 1.5 million sq ft of industrial assets.
• Manage annual operating budgets and capital expenditures.
• Act as primary tenant contact and coordinate lease obligations.
• Oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare property performance reports for ownership and senior leadership.
