You will drive property-level strategy, align client investment goals with actionable plans, and lead a team to execute initiatives across multiple assets.

The role requires proven P&L leadership in a multi-site industrial portfolio, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver financial performance,

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation.
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Lead strategic planning initiatives and drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans with timely monthly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards across all operations.
