The role leads the property management team across a national portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, focusing on maximizing NOI and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

The position requires extensive experience in property management, financial oversight, and vendor management, with a track record of leadership across multiple properties and geographies.

• Lead and develop the property management department, including property managers and support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across a national portfolio of commercial and industrial properties.
• Drive property-level financial performance through budgeting, expense control, revenue management, and NOI improvement.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships, address issues, and support tenant retention.
• Oversee property maintenance, capital improvements, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Monitor property financials, operating budgets, and performance metrics; identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure properties meet applicable safety, regulatory, insurance, and lease requirements.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Acquisitions, Leasing, Accounting, and Construction to support portfolio objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the property management department, including property managers and support staff.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a national portfolio of commercial and industrial properties.

• Drive property-level financial performance through budgeting, expense control, revenue management, and NOI improvement.

• Maintain strong tenant relationships, address issues, and support tenant retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial real estate or property management experience.

• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and/or industrial properties.

• Proven leadership experience overseeing teams and multiple properties across a broad geographic area.

• Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, expense control, and NOI performance.

• Experience with leases, tenant relations, property maintenance, and vendor management.

• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
