Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Property Manager to lead a portfolio of industrial properties. You will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and vendor management while ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

You will build strong relationships with tenants, coordinate capital improvements, supervise staff, and prepare detailed financial analyses for property owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Real estate license within six months of hire date.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.
• 3+ years of budgeting, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct site visits to portfolio properties and coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses for owners.
• Manage lease administration including renewals, amendments, and TI coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• On-site presence required and potential for staff development.
