Job summary

Flow Control Group (FCG) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Engineer to join our team. You will bridge engineering and operations across multiple brands, guiding complex flow-control projects from initial estimation through delivery.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior estimators, inside sales, and account managers to align technical solutions with business goals, maintain schedule and budget, and ensure quality across the project lifecycle in a fast-paced industrial

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial flow control, fluid handling, valve automation, or instrumentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of flow control technologies and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leadership and sales teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all FCG brands, products and tech groups.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Senior Estimators, and Account Managers to define scopes and align specifications.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex engineering projects within schedule and budget.
• Oversee cost controls, change orders, and documentation for billing.
• Provide technical consultation on flow control technologies during bidding and proposals.
• Review drawings and data sheets to mitigate risk and ensure quality.
