Job summary

Lee Industrial Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and partners, develop detailed plans, and use Microsoft Project to track schedules and costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/construction contracting project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience managing multiple trades and coordinating with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed industrial construction, industrial service, and industrial general contracting projects.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
• Use Microsoft Project to monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and analytics.
• Coordinate with superintendents and leadership to allocate resources and hit deadlines.
• Define stakeholder roles and maintain alignment across teams.
• Monitor schedule, cost, and quality, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and remove barriers.
• Oversee risk management, change control, and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular project reviews and updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to manage expectations.
• Assist with estimating budgets and change orders.
• Review and select subcontractor quotes.
• Forecast costs, revenue, and gross profit bi-weekly for stakeholders.
• Complete and submit required permits as needed.
