Lee Industrial Contracting, based in Pontiac, Michigan, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction and service projects from planning through closeout. You will direct project teams and subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation, and mentor Project Managers while protecting the company’s interests.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial/heavy commercial contracting project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of complex industrial construction, service, and general contracting projects.
• Direct multiple concurrent projects managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risk.
• Coordinate with estimators, safety, field supervision, and subcontractors.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance analytics.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and junior staff.
• Protect company interests through thorough documentation and communication.
