Job summary

JH Kelly, LLC in Washington State seeks a skilled Industrial Project Manager to lead and manage complex industrial construction projects from inception to turnover, overseeing preconstruction, design, fabrication, field installation, startup and handover.

Candidates bring at least five years of PM experience in refinery, petrochemical or heavy industrial environments, with CPM scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in full project management life cycle.
• Experience managing construction projects in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• MS Project/CPM scheduling and cost control knowledge.
• Strong safety, quality, and turnover focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop execution plans, budgets, staffing, and procurement strategies.
• Monitor progress, address schedule, cost, scope, and resource variances.
• Direct project team activities to meet safety, quality, and profitability targets.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and contract documents for compliance.
• Lead project turnover, commissioning support, and client acceptance.
