Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in degassing, vapor control, water treatment, fabrication, natural gas compression, or industrial construction, with a proven track record in project management.
• Manager/Supervisory experience leading teams of 5+ members.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from quotation through execution.
• Serve as primary integrator across departments to achieve objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement moderately complex projects and monitor pricing and materials.
• Travel ~25% and work a 24/7 operation with a flexible schedule.
