Job summary

Leo A Daly is seeking a Project Manager in Los Angeles to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate resources, define objectives, and oversee quality control across the project lifecycle as part of the program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 8+ years of experience. Preferred credentials include PE, RA, or CCM, with strong communication skills and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management required.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, setting scope, goals, deliverables, and QA/QC protocols.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and drive accountability for work.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
