Responsibilities

• Create, direct, and oversee strategic plans for overall project success from inception to completion.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors to ensure accountability for their work.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships essential to project success.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.

Education

Bachelor's degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management

Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or CCM
