Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for heavy industrial projects in Edwardsville, KS. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor performance.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy industrial construction, strong leadership and stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Procore or similar CM software. On-site travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management in heavy industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction.
• Experience from preconstruction to closeout including budgeting and procurement.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout with cost forecasting and risk management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate field operations and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes and safety standards.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners.
