Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Fargo, ND facility. You will keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and order parts to minimize downtime.

You’ll work closely with production and leadership to plan maintenance and improve equipment reliability. We value hands-on technical skills, a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with PLCs and control systems.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Experience with PLCs and control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and reactive maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Plan work with production to ensure success.
• Order parts and monitor spare parts inventory.
• Minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.
