Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Fargo, ND location. You will help keep our facility and manufacturing equipment running efficiently, troubleshoot, repair, perform preventive maintenance, and order parts to maintain equipment reliability across the plant.

Schedule includes 6:30 AM–6:45 PM with alternating long weekends; base pay $24–$37/hour plus a $4 weekend premium, effective wage potential $27–$40/hour, with OT.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or comparable level of knowledge/experience.
• Ability to perform accurate and thorough work with attention to detail.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely maintenance support and perform preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Plan work effectively, coordinating with production and leadership to ensure success.
• Order parts as needed to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Continuously improve equipment and processes to drive innovation.
