Job summary

Impact Environmental Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor installation and reline projects, ensuring safety and quality while keeping customers and field teams informed. You will manage schedules, coordinate logistics, review permits and risk assessments, and provide timely project reporting.

Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools is expected, and a college degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with Spanish bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in project coordination within industrial installations, construction, or equipment relines preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety practices and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installation and reline projects from initiation to completion.
• Research technical aspects of each machine and prepares preinstall customer checklist and associated documents.
• Distributes preinstall checklist and obtains customer confirmation & sign back.
• Arrange logistics for equipment, materials, and field crews to job sites.
• Coordinates with customer, freight company, rigger, service team leader & applications.
• Proactively determines the need for specialty tools, lifting equipment, personnel lifts etc. and ensures these items are available when Field Service Technicians arrive on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field operations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing work permits, job hazard analyses, and site surveys.
• Accurately quote for Recondition equipment, Fabrication, and installation in
• Maintain accuracy in data entry into project systems
• Leverage AI to improve quote accuracy and improve response times
• Prioritize workflow and determine the importance and accuracy of work
• Provide timely reporting on project status, issues, and resolutions to management.
• Support project close-out activities, including documentation, client feedback, invoicing and A/R management
• The ability to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and adhere to our service management principles.
