Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Austin is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Industrial, Project & Development Services to oversee project implementation through construction completion, and to assist the PDS Market Lead and leadership in establishing best practices across the market.

You will manage budgets, schedules, RFQs/RFPs, and vendor contracts while guiding design teams, clients and stakeholders through the process; manufacturing experience and strong analytical skills are valued for projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills with understanding of industrial PM.
• Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Projects are based in San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule.
• Prepare RFQ’s and/or RFP’s for vendors and contractors.
• Guide the client and team through the design implementation process.
• Negotiate contracts and performance with vendors/consultants.
• Interface with client staff, property managers and vendors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PDS technology as required.
