4C2 Industrial is seeking an Account Manager for the industrial division in Texas. You will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, oversee scheduling and budgeting, and manage client relationships through the lifecycle of each project.

Responsibilities include meeting clients on site, reviewing drawings and specs, coordinating multiple trades, and tracking changes in scope and cost. Strong MS Office and blueprint-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; college degree or construction experience is preferred.
• Experience with bid estimation, scheduling, and client communications is required.
• Strong ability to read drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients on site, obtain bid documents, estimate, and provide written proposals.
• Review project drawings, specs, and schedule; attend progress meetings.
• Coordinate multiple trades and manage changes in scope and cost.
• Develop labor/material/equipment delivery schedules and track costs.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project safety and quality.
