Qualifications

• Experience leading industrial construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.
• Proven track record in portfolio oversight and resource balancing.
• Strong governance background with templates, KPIs, and reporting.
• Leadership of project managers, engineers, and superintendents.
• Executive communication with key clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of risk, change control, and contract compliance.
• Experience with earned value analysis and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of industrial construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage the project portfolio, balancing resources, risk, and strategic priorities.
• Establish and enforce PMO standards, templates, KPIs, and reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate project managers, superintendents, and engineers.
• Serve as executive contact for clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Oversee risk registers, change orders, claims, and contract compliance.
• Drive margin protection through cost control and forecasting.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, safety, quality, and operations.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and delivery performance.
• Ensure projects transition smoothly into commissioning and turnover.
