Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Manager for the Motion - High Power Division in the USA. The hybrid role in New Berlin, WI manages medium-size industrial projects, leading teams, planning, budgeting, and risk management to meet contract deliverables.

You will coordinate internal and external resources, monitor finances, and drive contract close-out with customers. Preferred candidates have PMP certification and 8+ years in project management, with SAP/ERP experience and electrical engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management of industrial projects.
• Willingness to travel 20%
• US work authorization required for ABB in the US
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and establish the execution approach.
• Oversee planning, monitoring, and control of internal/external resources.
• Manage project risks, budget, and contractual obligations.
• Drive project close-out and formal acceptance by the customer.
• Act as key customer contact and escalation point; maintain stakeholder relations.
• Provide regular project reviews and reporting.
