Job summary

RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group family, seeks a Project Executive for Industrial projects in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee profitability, schedules, and owner relations, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include change management, procurement, reporting, and leadership of construction professionals. A strong background in warehouse/distribution sectors and senior oversight is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 10 years commercial general contractor project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project profitability and timely completion for major accounts.
• Serve as main client contact and manage owner relationships.
• Oversee project teams and ensure safety, schedules, and reporting.
• Procure materials/subcontractors and manage change orders.
• Review invoices, payments, and project financials.
• Mentor and lead project team to drive growth and quality.
